Webster Groves Vacation Packages

This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which are definitely needed, as the property is long overdue for a major upgrade. Unfortunately, the overall condition is disappointing. The common areas feel dirty and have an unpleasant odor, and the mattresses are old and need to be replaced. While the rooms appear somewhat cleaner, they are still outdated and in need of significant improvements. Overall, this property needs a complete refresh, from the furniture and mattresses to the general cleanliness and maintenance.

Everything was great. Thank you

There are certain things we expect to find in a motel room. A suitcase rack or bench to keep your suitcase off the floor and off the bed. None in our room and apparently none in any of the rooms. We used the ironing board. Risky. For the two of us, elderly, we only had a small computer chair and a straight back chair, most motels offer a soft overstuff chair. So no place for one person to sit except on the bed. Not enough lighting in the room. Difficult to adjust the room thermostat. And the thermostat had a large lit up screen that could not be dimmed for sleeping. It was like having a floodlight shining on you all night. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.
